I put 2 songs in my music website: “Sitting On The Fence” (has ROCK! EZX operating within Superior Drummer) is the song on top, and “Something to Gain 2” (has Rock Solid EZX drums) is the next song down. Please tell me how you like the music and how they can be improved, and I will return the favor (leave me a link). Here is my link:

Thanks for your review, CHRIS.
“Sitting On The Fence” is catchy (very). To me, your mix is good as it is. Nice instrumentation. I like the tremolo effect and the different synths. Nice sound and vibe at the end of your song !
“Something to Gain 2” has a nice crossover aspect, like one of your former songs. Nice atmosphere during the intro. Your singing has something more classic. I like the melody too. The drums’ sound is “smooth” but fits well. Maybe could you increase your master a bit ?
Modern Day Catastrophists
Spirit,
Thank you for checking out both of my songs and for your comments, I appreciate it! When I record the final mix of a song, I try to get very close to 0 dB. It sometimes happens, I get a quick volume spike, and I have to lower the volume of everything so it never reaches 0 or more dB. Many people would add more compression to limit the volume spikes, though sometimes even famous bands will have their mix highly compressed and it is a constant barrage of sound for me. That’s not to say my mixes couldn’t be better.
