Music City USA Preset for Funk!?!?

Put this together kinda quick last night. Features a slightly modified Allen Morgan preset for Music City drums (just switched out a different Music City snare), Scarbee MM-bass, and Motif X8 for electric piano.

Gonna go back tonight, add horns, percussion, and maybe a few solos. Even though this isn’t finished…still goes to show how useful and versatile the expansion packs are.

Could be.
IMHO the snare sounds a little too thin, though.
But that is just my humble 2¢.
I do like the tuneage, though.

No, thanks for the reply Scott…I appreciate it!! Gonna revisit it later tonight and will definitely work on the snare sound a little more. I used a low-cut filter on the whole drum mix and pulled down 500Hz about 6dB so maybe (in attempt to clear thing up) I went a bit too far.

Here’s second attempt for anyone interested, reworked a bunch of it….slowed the tempo, raised the key, added a B-section and some guitar/percussion loops to make it less repetitive.
