Moving superior drummer to a new laptop

Hi I hope someone can help. I am in process of moving sd3 to a different computer. I have download  the sd3 program and all necessary libraries using the product manager.

all I need to do know is upload my project that is running on my old pc, with all my user presets for each individual kits are saved.

But I cannot find where any of my projects are on my old pc. Some of the paths lead me to a dead end. I follow the path but half way through it says a particular file name but in that folder there is no file  with that name.
I managed to find one project uploaded that to me new Laptop however my user presets are not there. The tab for user presets is greyed out with no drop down menu like there is on my old pc.

any ideas of what I am doing wrong. Thanks for your help in advance.
