I want to put the Move SDX /EZX packs , Midi, etc… on an external SS hard drive. Can I do this by moving the already installed Move SDX /EZX packs , Midi, etc… to said ext HD or do I have to uninstall everything and start from scratch? 434-444-6654
Thanx for any help possible.
How do you get a drummer to stop playing? Put a chart in front of him. ha ha ha
Hi,
SDX:s can be moved in the Finder as long as you move the main folder with its structure intact, i.e. for the ‘N.Y.-Avatar’ SDX you move the ‘SL-Avatar’ folder.
The SDX:s can be re-linked in the Settings->Libraries if you are using SD3.
With EZX:s and Toontrack MIDI it’s a bit trickier but if you follow this FAQ, you should be good:

John :
Thanx for the reply. I am moving the EZX stuff. Where do I find the SDX stuff. The link you supplied was very helpful for the EZX. Do you have a similar link for SD3 and the SDZ ?
Thanx
