Ever since SD 3 arrived, it only supports mono channels in Cubase. Now, this may be great for Cubase users, but users of other DAWs are getting left out and it’s a bit frustrating. We’re now, what, four years on from SD 3’s release, and there’s still no mono channel output support for DAWs other than Cubase, which makes for elaborate workarounds when working with SD3 in them, and due to the stereo out limitations, the Atmos channels can’t be used, as there aren’t enough outputs when having to route everything in stereo. I am a Cubase user, but I also use other DAWs, and I don’t feel SD3 users should have to invest in Cubase just to have the mono channel option. So please consider rectifying this situation ASAP.
Thanks in advance.
