Hi
To take an example. EZMIX 2 comes with a wide variety of great guitar amp sim preset chains often having time/space stereo effects included – both for rythm and lead targeted presets. In order to take advantage of these time/space effects I believe those presets are often designed to be loaded as a mono to stereo plugin version in your DAW ending up with a stereo track in the mixer.
My question is: How do you approach panning of such stereo tracks, especially rythm guitars often to be panned left and right? Just narrowing the stereo panorama on both sides when using the pan knob?
I know the input signal is still mono but I am curios how you take advantage of those time/space effects when panning.
Thank you.
