So I am pretty sure there were updates for the Hip Hop EZX expansion. I was managing a recording studio and used one of their computers to produce music, and finally decided to use my personal computer. However, when I go to open the production files in Cubase, EZD2 crashes when I try to edit EZD2. This happens in the majority of projects where I used the Hip Hop EZX expansion. I specifically remember there being an update, but I believe that this update is no longer available. If I simply transfer the MIDI data and open another Hip Hop EZX, it works fine but I have to fine tune everything all over again.
What does the Product Manager say regarding updates?
If you check the Installation info for the EZX and EZdrummer?
Which version number is reported in the EZdrummer 2 plugin in Cubase?

Everything is fully updated except for Hip Hop EZX. I cannot update Hip Hop EZX as there are no options to update it. I can only download and install version 1.0.0. It also takes an enormous amount of resources to run, whereas none of the other EZX expansions do this. I will have to post the other information you requested later as its getting late here.
I can assure you there never was any update for Hip-Hop so this is not the culprit. I suspect the main difference is that your other computer was running an earlier version of EZdrummer… or perhaps you used an instrument from an another EZX on the other computer?
I think it might be necessary to obtain a Cubase project that exhibits the issue, we may be able to reproduce the issue from it, or at least assess more accurately what other factors may be at play.

Here are the dmp files. I attempted to upload a cubase project, but I get a file extension error.
The Product Manager shows that everything has been fully installed and updated (ALL of my Toontrack products).
Installation info shows the same thing.
Cubase reports version 2.1.2.
hi – you need to use the contact form and open a support case. The team will likely want to escalate it to the programmers for review so please forward those files as well as a description of the problem.
