Hello Sales team,
I’d like to apologise to put this into pre-sales category as I have not been able to find better alternative.
I made a purchase yesterday as part of the Black Friday sale. The item in question was EZDrummer2 + 1 EZX Expansion of my choice.
I put the EZDrummer2 into the cart, I was asked to fill in the free EZX (I made choice of Metal! EZX if I’m not mistaken) and proceeded to checkout.
I had to go back in the finalise page as I realised I did not provide a VAT ID which I did and proceeded to finalise the purchase.
Today I installed EZDrummer2 using the Product Manager on my Mac, however the EZX expansion package is missing. I checked my profile and it’s missing in the order as well. What’s going on? Did I pay for just EZDrummer instead of 1+1 as advertised? Can You please help?

I’d like you to answer my complaint above. I’m quite disappointed I did not get what I paid for – the items I had in my cart at the time I placed my order and during the whole purchase. I made a screenshot of the cart with free EZX included at the same price.
