I am working on a project using the Nashville EFX kits. However, some of the intro, fills aren’t exactly what I’m hearing in my head (besides the voices). If I use a midi keyboard controller to build a certain intro/fill does it keep the Nashville EFX kit sounds?
Yes i does.
The midi is controller type “data” only.Note Number, timing, duration.velocity
The new midi info or data you create can only affect the sound with velocity, so the value(velocity) of each note makes softer or louder hits.
With TT’s sound engine responding accordingly, different actual drums sounds will fire at these different velocity levels just as in real life.
Juicy,
Thanks for the response. I’m still learning this MIDI world. I can definately relate to Joe Walsh – Analog Man in a digital world.
