Midi Packs won’t install even after several updates

Just bought a bundle of midi packs and none of them will install.  I get the following message each time.

“The file “Midi/000088@_ADD-ON_PACKS/header” could not be copied.”

I have bought packs in the past and there was never any issue. Have tried updating everything and still no luck.

edit: Forgot to mention that I was using product manager for the installs and updates.

edit 2: I managed to get a couple (Doom Grooves, 21st Century Metal) installed WITHOUT product manager. The other midi packs still won’t install though regardless of either method (Heavy Metal, Power Metal, Death Metal, Black Metal)

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
