The Funkmasters EZX comes with one of the few really grooving midi packs. Making danceable songs is hard without them. It would be great to have a Floor Filler Midi pack done with a great ‘black’ drummer.
I think there is quite a gap in MIDI for these kinds of grooves.
I personally don’t think we necessarily need a new EZX or SDX library for many of these styles (I’d use “classic” or C&V for motown stuff), although I’d always welcome new rooms and flavours, but I’d really love to see TT add these to its MIDI arsenal.
