Hi,
I have the Demo installed and MIDI Out is greyed out whether I run it stand alone or host it in Reaper; this may be a limitation of the Demo that I missed.
Can I do the following with a full activated version?
Use the full features of EZKeys when hosted within a DAW (Reaper), but rather than using any of the Toontrack keyboard libraries, use the MIDI Out to trigger whatever VST instruments that I have installed.
I have a bunch of pianos and other keyboards so I’d rather work with them most of the time.
I hope so as the concept looks attractive especially with current pricing.
Thanks
Hi,
the standalone does not have MIDI Out Enabled.
What you are describing will work with the full version of the plugin inside a DAW, the exact procedure on how to set it up varies from host to host.
I don’t think the MIDI Out is Enabled in the Demo, since Exporting isn’t possible and it’s kind of an Export having MIDI Out.

Thanks. I bought a flavour of EZKeys and got it to work in Reaper as I wanted.
Dream Machine is even better than I hoped as it seems to have been updated so you can mix the levels of the up to 4 individual sounds.
The review I read said that this was a noticeable omission so the update is a big help.
