MiDi out not working in AU mode

Hi,

This tutorial doesn’t work if EZDrummer 2 is loaded as an AU

The EZDrummer doesn’t appear as an instrument input for Superior Drummer. If EZD is loaded as a VST, it all works fine.

Do you have both EZdrummer and EZdrummer 2 plugins?

No. I only have EZDrumer 2 installed. The label “EZDrummer 2” that you see is just a second instance of EZDrummer loaded as a VST.

The first track has EZDrummer 2 loaded as an AU. And it doesn’t show up as a Midi input.

I have the MIDI out working here with the AU in Logic. Do you have it Enabled in the Settings?
Which host are you using?
Are there any Preferences in your host that concern MIDI out capabilities?
