Hi…. I hope somebody can help me…. Thanks in advance !
When I open the groove tab, S3 says it cannot find any midi. Does the S3 midi pack has to be installed separately ? If yes, I have no idea where to find it.
Thank you… 🙂

I install Superior Drummer version 3.0.1 with Packs SL SuperiorDrummer3 SDX_Part1
I think what John is asking is why you don’t have any Toontrack products registered to your account. No S3 registered. No MIDI packs.

I have just bought this product and downloaded everything but I have no sound library. Any advise would be appreciated.

My midi core on disk 1 must be corrupt because I’ve tried reinstalling 4times and the red install light(button)stays lite after I try to reinstall core midi!
can you please send me a new one? I have no use for this program without the midi grooves! I’ve been trying to resolve this for a few days now.
im using Mac 10.11.6
SAME PROBLEM WITH CORE MIDI! Midi grooves not there.
Looks like you have a major bug. Everyone is having this issue!,
Hi Bertelliotmusic,
if you close the Product Manager and re-launch it, what does the installation info tell you about the ‘Core MIDI pack’ on the Part 1 Product Details?

Please help me! Something must be corrupt or something. It says version 1.0.0 date 2017-09-08 size 5.4 MB,download status downloaded, installation status-not installed.
when I click install the red install keeps coming back!
The program is no use to me without midi. I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for days already. Can you send me new installation links to start from scratch??
helppppp
thank you in advance
I found my SD3 core library is installed in:
//library/application support/EZdrummer/
hope this helps🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Hi,
the Default location of the MIDI would be {Mac HD}/Library/Application Support/EZdrummer/Midi, if that is what you mean with ‘core library’.
What happens if you open SD3 and go to Settings > Advanced > Restore MIDI Database?

I’ve done that and it does nothing and the red install keeps coming back!!
Related question: when i install midi pack on product manager, installer opens up, i follow all the steps and at the end it says installation successful yet it reappears on product manager as if it wasn’t installed and i keep getting “no MIDI library found”. How can i solve this? Im using OSX Mojave and the sound library is installed on an external drive.
