Midi Learn SD3 in REAPER

I have win 10 I7 3.8hz 16 ram set-up Running REAPER.

I’m using NANOKONTROL2 as my midi hardware and I’m trying to use midi learn with the NANO. BUT every time I stop and restart the song after setting midi learn, my faders in SD3 jump to ZERO or INF or kinda where ever they want…LOL

I’ve been through every setting in REAPER that I can think of and every setting in NANO2 that I can think of, I have reset the midi learn presets…Is there something I’m missing?

P.S. Seems to work fine in Standalone mode…

Ok I found that if I drag the MIDI BACK into SD3 and using it from there, then I am not still having this issue…?

In REAPER Preferences > Audio > Playback, there are settings for “Reset MIDI CC/Pitch.” Perhaps you have “playback start” checked there?
