MIDI Expansion vs. Sound Expansion

As a Newbie to Virtual Drums, my question is pretty simple…
I have downloaded and played the Demo for 10 days. Very interesting!

Before I buy –

ToonTrack offers 2 different types of libraries – MIDI and Sound.

I think I get this, but are Sound Expansions additional kits using EZ’s drums styles vs MIDI Expansion are “new” beats and styles?

There are sales for $39 that sound good.

EZXs are drum kit sounds and MIDI. MIDI packs are, well, just MIDI.

There are two (2) packs of Blues MIDI grooves offered by Toontrack.

One MIDI pack named simply, “BLUES MIDI” contains different blues grooves than those in the MIDI pack named,
“The Blues EZX MIDI Pack” which clearly contains the MIDI that is included in THE BLUES EZX expansion for EZDrummer.
(It says so right in its title and on its product description page.)

Don’t forget that EZDrummer2 allows you to preview any and all MIDI available through the Toontrack MIDI Web Shop
by clicking the “Show Web Shop MIDI” button atop the filter window on the SEARCH tab.

I could see where the Blues ezx and the Blues ezx midi are the same but, not the Blues midi with a different photo on was or not. That was why I asked but, you just turned me on to the web shop that I never even tried yet. Thanks so much.

The names of the products should be more individually and clearer.
I bought almost all bundles for the ezkeys, but here with the drum packs all the similar names make me confused.
