Metering software

Hi,

I have been looking into these four metering VSTs:

http://www.brainworx-music.de/en/plugins/bx_meter

They are all around the same price. I am very interested in the Nugen Visualizer but the Vsonics is the only one out of the four that specifically states it includes TRUE PEAK metering. The others allude to it.
Is anyone here familiar with any of these plugins?
I have no interest in getting a limiter.
