Metal Midi Maps?

Hi,

I did have a quiz around to see where best to place this. Thought this may be the place.

Was searching for some metal midi maps mapped out to do some cover songs. Bar having me sit down and actually map them myself, are there any available through ToonTrack?

I can find them elsewhere but they’d be pretty lame and not accurate. Stuff like Slipknot, Napalm Death, Strapping Young Lad, anything that heavy really.

I am not sure I understand what you mean exactly? A MIDI map to me is a layout of the different drum articulations across the keyboard, following the GM standard or different manufacturers’ take on it.

Toontrack MIDI is GM Extended, which means it plays back GM drum MIDI as expected but has more keys available for different articulations of drums.

I suspect you are after drum MIDI grooves?
The Toontrack web shop has got a lot of Metal MIDI for EZdrummer, EZdrummer 2, Superior Drummer 2 or Superior Drummer 3.

You can check it out by activating the Web Shop MIDI button in EZdrummer 2.
