Metal Foundry presets question:

    I’m curious to find out what some of the Metal Foundry presets were modelled after.  What band/drummer, era etc.  Some of them are pretty straight up and some are not.  I’ve googled and searched the forums to no avail.  Can anyone point me in the direction of this info?

    I havent had much time to mess with it but I’m loving what i’m hearing so far.  Amazing product to say the least.  I’m a believer.

I should mention that I’m only assuming that these are what they are modelled after, but hope these help 🙂

The Gunnerfeldt group of presets are very much in the vein of The Hives, The International Noise Conspiracy, White Stripes, etc.   Very cool presets.

I also find the PopCan preset a very good starting place for driving pop punk stuff (green day, etc).

I have seriously been blown away by the wide range of presets that come with Metal Foundry.  I expected like 90% metal and a couple that were more heavy rock, but the whole gamut of rock music is pretty much represented here.

Isn’t there supposed to be a Zeppelin preset? I’ve been looking for it and can’t find it…
