Yeah
Lots of drummers hit there drums differently so when sampling,not just their ears but their touch is vital to the end product.
Then come drum heads and tuning just as important as whatever mic and preamp combinations ,the room,then the editing that makes or breaks
the end result of all that work.
As said above,some players,engineers and all these elements just click together and the magic happens.
Dont hold back .
Wonder what TT do want to do next cause this is all speculating of coarse .

I like the idea of have access to Chamberlains drum selection, bass drums, cymbals… I do have some real Chamberlain samples I picked up years ago but having them for SD2 would just be amazing.

It has been a while since I posted on this. I just purchased the Loop Lofts Matt Chamberlain loops and samples and it is pretty cool. After playing with the multitrack loops proves that having a Chamberlain SDX kit would be extremely useful :). The drum tones and style of mic setup he uses just sounds awesome. Great and unique tones from a great drummer. I can dream, right?
