Hi I’m Steef, I’m french and i’m lost,
I search help for the mapping of the yamaha Dtxplorer in Pro Tools 8 to use in Ez Drummer.
Everything is working but the mapping is wrong and there is no brain to control the midi on this drum.
The snare is on the Kick, The crash cymbal is on the snare and i don’t have a Kick
If someone can help me, and i’m very sorry for my english
Thanks
Steef
It is unfortunate the DTxplorer does not let you remap MIDI output from the brain. EZdrummer does not have a MIDI map feature and as far as I know, neither does Pro Tools. At this point I can only suggest upgrading to Superior drummer, which would still allow you to use any EZdrummer EZX’s, with advanced features such as drum/instrument mapping.
Sorry that’s not the answer you were hoping for.
