I’m trying to delete a test preset I created and cannot. I get an error when trying to delete and trying to “manage in explorer” does nothing. any ideas what the issue could be? similar topic, i’ve created custom kits and saved them. i see them under the user kits section until i load a different preset, then they are gone. i believe they are only available under the preset they were created, but when i go back to that one, nothing is listed under user kits.
Manage In Explorer does nothing? Weird. Try Running EZD2 as Administrator if you’re not already. If this doesn’t do it, check out “C:\Users\YOURDRIVENAMEHERE\Documents\Toontrack\EZdrummer\PresetsEZX\EZXYOU’REUSINGHERE\DrumKitPresets_EZ2” on your HD to manually delete presets (or add them).
I’ve noticed in the past that I won’t see a kit that I’ve created or still see one I’ve deleted. I wonder if it’s buggy or just lack of paying attention for me. Do select Rescan User Kits to confirm you’re not seeing what you’re suppose to, and then restart EZD2 (save file first if needed) if that doesn’t work.
If this doesn’t help, do try to explain with more detail if possible.
***what version of EZD2 are you using??

OK so a quick test running as Admin seems to have done the trick. I’ll mess around more when I have more time, but that you for the advice!!
