I purchased the download license of ezdrummer through guitar center and am having trouble installing the software. It failed to install the first 3 times then keeps telling me authorization has failed. Can you help? I have a mac g5 with dual 2.3ghz processors, 4gb ram and a 500gb hdd. It is running 10.5.8 leaopard. Thanks!
Is your failure the installation or the authorization?
Sounds from your post like it has installed, but you are unable to effectively authorize it (the final stage).
Check this video of the authorization process. Let me know if you are still having problems.

Also, what host DAW are you hosting EZD when you try authorizing? Can you try using http://toontrack.com/toontrack_solo.asp?

In reply to the first response, it seems to be the authorization failure. However, it does appear to be installed I just can’t get exdrummer to “find” the sounds. That is what it keeps telling me. I can find the sound files then it tells me to put them in a certain place but when I try to do that, it won’t allow me to. Thanks for replying by the way!
I’m not sure how to answer the second response. I think what you are asking me is what recording system I’m using? If so, we have the older M-box 2 running pro-tools 7.3 If that is not correct, can you tell me what the DAW might be? Sorry, kind of new to this! Thanks also to you for responding!
