The last two times I have purchased EZXs from the Toontracks website, there has been a snag of some kind.
Just bought two EZXs about a half hour ago, and they still don’t show up in my account. The final purchase page links give me a “serial number error” message.
So I paid for them and I can’t download them. I opened a ticket, but Toontracks support is notoriously slow.
Too late for this purchase, I know,
but the Toontrack webshop is not the only place to buy Toontrack products.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
I have looked in your account and both EZX’s from your purchase (Americana and Blues EZX) are there ready for download. There does not appear to be an issue.
We recommend that you re-load your Toontrack account after making a purchase (i.e. quit and restart the browser or open a new browser tab or window) then access your account.
Regarding Toontrack support… Support is provided during normal business hours and all replies are answered within 24 business hrs. IF you contact us during the work week most replies do not take longer than a few hrs. Therefore the only time you would have longer wait times is if you contact us on Friday night or Saturday.
Mondays are also the busiest time for us as there are many emails to get through from the weekend… With that being said, we still get through all of them within 24 business hrs.
