Hello all,
been using SD2.0 for a while now, and usually what I did was getting the raw drums I liked, bounced them, and then applied all kinds of compressing/EQ, etc.
Now, lately I’ve been working using some of the presets that come with the sound packs (have many of them ) to get good sound faster, BUT, when bouncing it through the SD mix (to mantain all the effects) I feel like I’m loosing a big part of the “natural” feeling that SD gives to the raw tracks (ambience ones), which I think is one of the greatest values of this software…
Also, I kinda feel like the Left-Right panning is much worse… anyone else??
I’ve been thinking to use 2 bounces, one through mix and one just plain, to use the ambience mics at ease, but dunno if there’s an easier way…
Cheers!
