Location of version 3.1.2 update

    In Product Manager go to Superior Drummer 3 and click on details. It should give the option to Download, or click the menu tab to select Verify/Download.

    Hi Brad, thanks for the attempt at helping………….. it now turns out that, …….. I found and installed version 3.1.2 update BUT, still not allowing me to install because I’m missing version 3.00………….. Yup Agghh

    Oh yeah, I did do exactly as you recommended Do you know how I can find older versions?

    In Product Manager > Superior Drummer 3 > Downloads how large is the downloaded file for 3.1.2? It should be 324MB, which indicates that it is a Full Installer.
    Also what shows up under Product Manager > Superior Drummer 3 > Installation Info?

    If you can upload snippets of those screens (please cut out the serial number before uploading), might give us a better idea of what’s going on.
