The product you are registering requires you to already have one of the following products registered:

EZdrummer®
EZdrummer® Multi License
EZdrummer® Lite Upgrade
Superior Drummer® 2.0
Superior Drummer® 2.0 crossgrade
Superior Drummer® 2.0 upgrade

Vintage Rock is just one of the expansion packs for EZdrummer…so yes, you do need one of the programs you listed.  It states this in the system requirements on each EZX page.

Or it works inside Superior (if you have that).

To be clear, you need either the main Ezdrummer or Superior products to use any EZX expansions.
