    I think you mean 1.2.1d?

presumably your nanopad is connected via USB. Are you going through a hub perhaps? I realize your concerns are likely to get the TD-9 going but I’d like to get this out of the way before we look at the ProFire issue.

… of course please make that all your drivers are up-to-date.

Yes, sorry 1.2.1d. I am not using a USB hub. I have several MIDI devices on my system:

    Nanopad
    Akai MPK49
Profire 2626 (TD9 is connected through this)
and an Alphaport (this shows up as a MIDI device)

I’ll try disconnecting everything but the Nanopad and see what happens.

Ok, I am just not very bright. Turns out on my monitor the checkbox was not showing clearly. To me it just looked like a row that I could highlight. Sorry for the waste of time. Once I checked the appropriate boxes I’m all set. Very neat to be able to have my nanopad, TD9, and SPD20 using different kits.

The check boxes don;t show up on our Mac pro with 10.5.7 either.. making it appear that you just need to click on the MIDI device to select it…

hum, are you saying you can only see the labels but no checkboxes to the left? can you send me a screen shot Rail (use my personal address or supporttoontrack•com)?

    Hi Rogue,

It happened for me with our DTXtremeIII plugged in, the kit is currently over at the studio.. I’ll grab a screen shot later. If I use the Digi MIDI I/O with multiple ins/outs then the check boxes are drawn. The Yamaha only has a single item listed vs. the MIDI IO’s 16 ins/outs (if that’s a clue).

    Thanks,

    Rail

well I think the critical part may be the computer graphic card. Well at least if I understood the problem (function correctly when clicked next to label but checkbox bitmap object not appearing). Then again it could interface dependent but I do not think so.

Well, I get the kit set back up at the office… and now it’s working fine with the Mac Pro and MacBook.. so not sure what happened… or my eyesight just improved dramatically 😉
