latency when playback

i just builded i new fast pc. but when i have everything installed and want to playback a projekt in cubase 7 there is latency before superior plays the drums. When i push play on cubase everything except the drums comes imideatly and after about 0.5 – 1 second there is drums too. lets say i just stop playback and start it again same thing happens all the time. I guess there is an easy solution but i cant find it. Help would be much apreciated

oh its superior 2.3. We using it to record our coverband and our drummer (the owner of superior) dont know what the problem is either
