Just bought my 1st. Toontrack product / A Little Help Please

    It depends which product you purchased.
    There are 2 very similarly-named products, differing distinctly in price.
    One product includes the EZMix2 base product. The one you’ve referenced does not.

    Thank you for your reply. So this means I will have to wait until I buy the base product in order to be up and running with this right ?

    Yes. You need the EZMix2 base product to use the EZMix2 Presets pkg you’ve purchased.

    Hey there, just want to make sure there is no time expiration on the purchase I just made ( ezmix 2 complete production 6 pack ) seeing that I am going to buy the base product ( exmix 2 ) next wk. so I can then download what I initially bought yesterday. lol.. kinda backwards but, hopefully it will all work out.

    I’ve never heard of or experienced any time limit to register a serial number for any Toontrack product.
    I have two (2) unregistered EZMix2 Preset serial numbers outstanding for more than 6 months.

    Hey all ,turns out I won’t be able to afford to get the base product I need before I can use the ( ezmix 2 complete production 6 pack ) for about another month.
    My question is ,can I somehow trade this package for the base product ? Do I have to go back to Guitar Center ?

    Hi,

    since you didn’t register any serial number, it shouldn’t be impossible to return to Guitar Center. If they say they can’t help you, please contact Toontrack HQ and maybe they can.

    Hey all, this has turned into an issue. I have been waiting for a month for Guitar Center to either exchange my purchase or refund my money, which at this point I just want my money back. Guitar center is telling me they are still waiting for an answer from ToonTrack in order for them to act on this.

    I am in the exact same boat. It’s been a month now for me too. They finally told me that the refund does not come from TT, but from their distributor. so they said that mine should be going through early next week.
