    Hi,

    could you please start with clicking the ‘x’ and remove the download.
    Next, restart PM and then go into the Preferences and check the ‘Download location’; what is it set to?

    If this looks as it is a strange location, please hit ‘Reset’ or point it to a desired location, which you have write access to.
