Hello, I have EZ Bass and EZ Keys trials, but don’t need either of these apps. Is there a way to delete these trials from my account so that the Product Manager doesn’t keep downloading updates? Thanks so much.

No, I can’t find any unintended behavior there. Please click “Show Details” for EZbass Trial and select the “Installation Info” tab, then take a screenshot of the entire right side of PM (to exclude your email shown in the upper left corner) – press cmd+shift+4 to select the screenshot area.

I would prefer if these didn’t show up in the trials tab, simply to clean these up. It isn’t a big deal except that it wanted to download updates for something I don’t have installed.
The screenshot shows that all those trial products are still installed. The EZbass standalone is not installed but all plug-in formats are.
An uninstaller is included in the main/full download of each product. Select Uninstall from the menu next to the download there in Details once it’s downloaded.
