Is there a way to create velocity sensitive instruments from samples

I’ve just purchased some new sample packs from Slate deluxe, but it’s cumbersome to need to use both programs to get the sound I want, I was wondering if there’s a decent way of being able to use these new samples and trigger the various samples for each velocity without having to route Superiors outputs through the trigger plugin as well.
