I’ve tried to send a support call but I’m not sure it was sent as there was no message to confirm this. I’ve entered my serial number and clicked the register and download button. The circular progress bar has been going overnight and no products have been registered and it’s still going. I get the same issue in Firefox and IE. Can someone confirm if my support call was received and also let me know why I can’t install the product which I have just purchased. I had noticed the site was down the previous day and wonder if these ‘updates’ have caused issues with the installs.
