Hi
I have an new MacMIni Pro M2 with Ventura OS.
I’ve been trying to install my products as a second authorisation: starting with EzDrummer 2 and EzBass.
I messed up with the first attempt when I got confused in directing the sound libraries to an external SSD. I uninstalled the products and
went for a second try. Going for EzDrummer 2 first, I can now see the option of directing the
sound libraries to the SDD, but now it only downloads the core library and RTAS plugin with nothing else.
I couldn’t find an uninstall option so I looked on here and found these instructions on where to delete.

(Note that “/” at the beginning of these paths means your system disk, by default named Macintosh HD.)
Then go to the folder that contains your EZdrummer libraries (EZXs). The default location is /Library/Application Support/EZDrummer. From there, delete:
Go to the Midi subfolder and delete:
I found similar instructions for EzBass.
In the product manager it shows that it is OK to downlaod and install again, which I have tried, but it looks like I’ve made a mistake somwhere.
Anyone?
