    *Update*

I wound up hitting download again in the product manager, and it said verifying, and now is able to install part 1. I think the product manager just had to locate my download to see that it had already been downloaded? I assume I just do this for the other few that I already cleared in the product manager, and then I just install from there after?

“Clean Up” deletes the downloads that have already been installed. Was it this function that you used to “clear” the downloads? It does not really make sense from what you describe.

If what happened is instead that you have the downloads on an external disk and you have started/activated Product Manager some time when the disk was not connected, it has just “lost track” of the downloads, and then you can do as you say (when the disk is connected again): click Download again to make Product Manager find and verify the downloads.

Note that you should not install into the download package (and preferably not even within the folder where your downloads are, either). For example, if you install part 1 into the part 1 download package/folder, Clean Up would remove the installation together with the download. (A future version of the installer will prevent installation to that location.)
