I’m in the same boat. Trying to authorize my new computers and am running low. I think I’ve deauthorized the old computers, but they still show up. Any way they can be removed so I’m sure to have enough space for two new computers? Thanks!

    Hello,
can you please remove all my authorizations and delete all my registrated products?
    Thanks a lot

    SebaHo,

You have 4 authorizations for each product before needing to request freeing up authorization slots. You have currently used only 2 for each so far. Once you’ve reached your 4 total, let us know and we can free them up.

    Hi!
Same here, I would like to add a new PC but all my Activations are used.
I’m a little confused because my authorizations-center says I have one registration left, but I’m sure I allready used 4 Codes and I am also unable to add another PC.

    Thanks for listening!

You do have one authorization left. You need to remove one of your two active authorizations first. You can only have two active at one time.

Since I bought superior drummer and metal foundry ages ago I’ve always, once a week gotten the error message that tells me one of the products isn’t authorized on my computer, so I have to go to the this website, delete the authorization i made the previous time, paste the new code i’ve gotten that day, and then i can use it again. this has been annoying for years, but it’s just taken me a few minutes so I haven’t bothered reporting the issue. Today however, when I got in to delete my previously authorized products (they’re all for the same PC) I notice that I even tho I deleted the previously authorized computers (again, all the same PC’s, the system just doesn’t understand this and keeps making me register again and again as if the computer has changed every week), I can’t add a new authorization. I can only conclude with the fact that you’ve changed your system, but it never worked for me in the first place, so now it’s completely useless (in lack of a better word, but yeah it doesn’t work). For now, can u please delete all my authorized computers so i can do what I’ve been doing? Hopefully by then since i’ve brought this to your attention you can either help me out or fix whatever’s wrong. Thanks. (PS: asap would be great, I need to use this software for my job and clock’s ticking)
