Thanks Damian, I really appreciate the quick response.
I am a little embarrassed to say that I actually meant to reset my active authorizations as well. I am running a main desktop and a laptop for when I am away from home. Recently, I installed an SSD in the laptop and a fusion drive in the desktop, so both instances of my Toontrack products required new authorizations for the new configurations. I made a bit of a mess of renaming the machines and there was an interim step as I upgraded machines, so my authorizations are a mess.
I just did a full reformat/reinstall on my main machine to clean up several years of patching/reconfiguring… long story short… I would like to clean up my authorizations up the same way if possible.
Regards,
Brad
I could use this help as well! I have 2 inactives for SD and could really use them freed up! Thanks!
Hi Brad,
With the inactive authorisations removed you should be able to re-authorise both your laptop and desktop. You will need to go to the product page in your account and remove the currently active computers first, then you will be able to authorise your new set-ups.
Kevin – I have removed your inactive authorisations.

I’m trying to add my computer to authorize Metal Machine. Wasn’t working. Could you free up my authorizations?
I’ve removed your inactive authorizations.

Scott can you please delete my inactive EZ Drummer 1 authorizations? I submitted a support ticket yesterday but have not received a response. Thanks!
