First, llkio, we would need to know who you are or if your forum email was the same as your Toontrack account, we could help.

I’ve got the same problem. I currently have EZ drummer authorized on 2 computers…. called “Mac 3 Peck” and “Mac 4 Peck” …. I have another Mac I would like to authorize and get rid of my authorization for “Mac 3 Peck”…. There seems to be no way to do this.

Hi
please click the X in the top right corner of the Authorization that you want to remove and it will be removed. You can then add another.

i am in the same boat, ive had to restore my laptop, and a few months prior i had to reinstall superior drummer, and theres a few inactive old authorizations and i cant get superior drummer authorized now. seems like there would be an easier way to go about this than posting on a message board and waiting around for a response?
abernastyyy@gmail.com is my account.
My laptop has given me a new computer ID every time I use EZDrummer, and I’ve run out of authorizations. I’d like to have my inactive authorizations deleted, and possibly get some information as to how I can prevent these computer ID resets. rdov1960@hotmail.com is my account email. Thank you!
I’ve removed your inactive authorizations.
See this FAQ regarding a changing computer ID:

I need my inactive authorizations removed as well. I no longer own any of the computers that are inactive…
