Hey there, i´m running a production at the moment and changed my computer. Something went wrong when i tried to authorize SD2. So now i have no more authorizations left. Can anyone at Toontrack please delete the inactive authorizations so i can authorize my SD2 on my new computer and go on working !? I´m in a hurry 😉 Thanks ! Roland

Hi Scott
While you are at it…I have some inactive authorizations in my expansion packs…I will not be reactivating them, so they can be deleted.

I’ve changed my computer few weeks ago, and this evening I’ve reinstalled all my work setup.
Time to Toontrack’s products arrived, no trouble, good.
But !
No way to authorize my stuff.
I tried to delete my old computer registration on Metalheads..no more success.
If you can do something, please !

I just built a new music computer and while installing my ez drummer and all the packs, it said I had no authorizations left. I see no way to delete “old” ones. can someone help?

You have no inactive authorizations to clear. You will need to remove authorization from you old computer and authorize the new one. Try using the Toontrack Product Manager.
