Importing Ezkeys midi blocks with presets into fl studio

I am working with a friend who has both programs we are using the grand piano patch with the Swedish pop preset.
We have created a basic composition in Ezkeys with several midi blocks.
Then we open fl studio and used Ezkeys as a Vst with the project we created in the standalone prog loaded.
Then we dragged all the blocks in separately on different channels (intro, verse, chorus, etc.). when we hit play it sounds fine with the Swedish pop preset.
But we noticed that when we open the Vst, It is playing along with Fl Studio. When we uncheck follow host, the midi files still play, but it plays without the preset.
We have tried removing the midi blocks from song bar so they wouldn’t play, but there is still no preset.
Is this possible? If it is how do we fix this?
