Hey guys, total newb here so please be gentle!
I’m at a friends house and I’m messing around with EZDrummer 3, I am thinking about buying it but need to know how easy it is to import a 3rd party midi drum file (I have TONS) of a specific song into EZ3. I just want to import the file and then tweak it afterwards and make it sound as awesome as possible, is this easy to do? We’ve been looking for video stuff on YT and none of them seem to cover this at all, it’s all about individual parts / grooves etc.
Please help – especially if that help consists of a nice video that will baby step me through it – Ideally, something that shows how to do it from start to finish as I really am clueless!
Many thanks 🙂
Here’s a few references that i found.
I could probably find more if i wasn’t at work now…
In particular the [OPTIONS] section of the EZDrummer 3 manual

I have ez3 and want to bring in a full midi drum performance that is now triggered by my yamaha s-90. I’ve looked at many “how to” videos and still cannot access the full performance midi file. I was able to export the midi file from digital performer 11 but have not yet figured out how to get it into ez3 as a full 5 min performance. Please advise.
