i want to add extra pads to my drumkit

Hi guys,

I use EZdrummer2 with a hybrid Yamaha drumkit (mix of DTX520K and DTXpressII).

I am using both kit’s modules , so I can add extra pads.

I actually have 7 pads that I can potentially use as toms.

But unfortenately the largest tom setup that I have available in EZdrummer is 5 toms (the “Modern”).

Is there anyway around this? So i can add an extra 2 toms ( that have a different pitch than the others obviously)?

I don’t think there is. I don’t recall an EZX that has more than 5 toms. If you were in a DAW and you opened more than one instance of EZD2, you can’t adjust the midi mapping. You would need Superior drummer to be able to do this, I believe.
