I was downloading all of my toontrack products to my new computer (PC) and pointed them to (x86) instead of the 64 bit Program folder. I was told by Sweetwater tech support that I cannot simply drag from x86 to the other program folder, instead I have to re-download.
As I tried to do this with Product Manager, I see that the downloads are now mapped to x86 and I cannot modify the path.
How do I proceed? Can you re-open my downloads so I can re-download to the right folder, or can I REALLY just drag them from x86 to the other program folder?
Please let me know at your earliest.

Hi,
I think you are mixing up ‘downloading’ and ‘installing’.
You can download all your products how many times you want with the Product Manager.
You cannot simply move already installed components in the Explorer.
If you really need to have Toontrack components in the 64-bit path instead of the 32-bit path, you must uninstall and then re-install with the Product Manager.
Products that have both 32-bit and 64-bit plugin versions, install by Default to the 32-bit path, since it can be shared by both versions.
32-bit hosts and plugins cannot access the 64-bit path.
If you haven’t deleted the downloaded installers from the Product Manager, you do not need to download them again but can run them again from your Downloads.

Download and install the Toontrack Product Manager. Launch it, log into your Toontrack account through it, download, install, and authorize your products.

Everytime there is a security update of Windows 10, the Toontrack Product Manager shows that I have to redownload all my EZD, MIDI Drums packs and EZ Keys products (54), but none of the EZ Mix ones (27).
And today 6th of feb. 2020, again! Why oh why?

Re-download the products through Product Manager. Launch PM, log into your Toontrack account through it, download, install your products.

is there a download all, this is an hour long process if i have to download them all individually

if you click several products, they will simply be downloaded in queue, you do not need to wait for one to be downloaded before you download another one.
