    I don’t understand this!
    I post a question on your support forum.  Somebody moves it and gives me a link.  I’m a REGISTERED USER and I am logged in and I cannot access the this link.  ACCESS DENIED!

    I cannot see the reply.

    Please explain this to me.

    Never mind.  I used the link to the support portal and asked the question there.  I also saw the one reply from John via email.

    Did you read the info link I just posted.
    I think your posted your question in the Studio Corner forum, which is not a sector for support questions.
