I can't use ezkeys extensions

Hi everyone,

I bought a few months ago the EZKeys String Machine, and I just bought some EZKeys extensions.
The issue is that when I open EZKeys, I can’t find the extensions.
Do I have to download the “classical” EZKeys version to use it or is there an other way to fix it ?

Hi,

What extensions – MIDI packs or instruments? The only EZkeys instrument on your account is String Machine.

If you have installed the Movie Scores MIDI, you should find it in the BROWSER in EZkeys.
