I can log into the new Product Manager on OSX Ventura, but all lists are blank

I just launched the Product Manager on my OSX Ventura M1 MBP
It forced me to update to the latest version, now when the latest version 1.1.5 (42021) runs all my lists are blank.
It sees my account and says I have my 32 purchased products, but the view is blank on all the screens.

It would be nice to have this working so I can install the new products I bought today

Restarting the Mac usually helps fix this issue which is somewhat of a mystery.
