How do you adjust sustain pedal setting? MIDI learn dropdown doesn't do anything

EZ Keys won’t recognize my Yamaha FC3A sustain pedal. It works for a generic on/off but does nothing with the higher quality Yamaha. The MIDI learn dropdown doesn’t do anything no matter what I try to do with it. Please help
