I have successfully installed sd3 to my Mac mini’s internal drive to the applications folder. There is not enough room however on this drive for the core library and the other big files. when I try to download the core (from the product manager) it turns red and tells me this but does not give me an option to switch the path. I have seen the video on how to move the libraries which talks about changing paths but I don’t have any options in front of me on the product manager page. I’m sure this is easy so I must be missing something, do you have any ideas for me? thank you so much, Ron.
on a related note, when I go to run sd3 for the first time it wants the serial number and an activation code. I can’t find an activation code because product manager says it’s already authorized and so won’t show me anything. oh boy I probably did a bad thing trying to uninstall and then reinstall. please help thank you, Ron
now when I try to open sd3 I can’t get past a page requesting the serial number for “electronic ezx” this product does not appear in any search of the product manager and there is no option to bypass it. super stuck over here thank you
Hi,
it would help if you could post screen shots of error messages, please. Are you saying you do not own the Electronic EZX product but still get a prompt for Authorising it?
Are you using a used computer?

John
