How do I get EZDrummer 2 to work with Luna on PC?

Hello I just bought EZd 2, because I know my friends are using it with the mac version of Luna. He said that after he installed EZD it just showed up in his list of instruments, but I have tried multiple install locations, searched far and wide online and even asked chatgpt for answers and I can’t for the life of me figure out why it doesn’t show up.

Unfortunately I don’t see the EZD2 product registered to your account.

I see the expansion pack “EZdrummer 2 Core Library EZX” registered. That is an expansion library that requires the full EZD2/3 product to use.

No way haha. How and where do I submit a refund so I can buy EZDrummer 2 or 3?
